Just 5 minutes walk to a sheltered sandy beach and bars / restaurants in El Portet, 5 minutes walk to local supermarket and newsagent (summer months) and 1 km. to the village of Moraira, with it's beautiful marina, boutiques, restaurants, bars, weekly market, children's funfair and beaches.
Sporting facilities in the area include Golf, Tennis, Bowling, Hiking, Swimming, Scuba Diving, Sailing and Jet Skiing.
It's a 30 minute drive to Benidorm, Terra Mitica adventure theme world, Aqualand water world and Safari Park.
